We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we’d like to ask you to provide us with sufficient notice so that we can allocate time and resources to accommodate your booking.
Clients who reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged 10% of the service total. This fee helps cover the costs associated with rescheduling and ensures that we can continue to provide quality service to all our clients.
If you cancel and do not show up for your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a charge of 25% of the service total will be applied.
